The reason why is obvious: convenience - browsers can compare the most properties for the least effort and can do it in their lounge at 2am wearing their pyjamas if they so desire.
It seems almost unbelievable that to even start the process of finding a place to live people would have had to travel to each area they were potentially interested in living in (which may have been hundreds of miles from their current location) and buy a newspaper (only available on a week day so they would have to take time off of work as well).
We have accounts with the current big players like Rightmove and Zoopla and we're always on the look out for up and coming places to list our client's properties. Our staff answer telephone calls from 8am to 8pm during the week, and from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. The rest of the time they are processed by 'Jenny' our sophisticated digital receptionist. Jenny is never sick, never late, and can answer hundreds of calls and emails at the same time if that ever proves necessary.

You're free to end your contract with us at any time with no penalty, and paying for any one of our services never obliges you take any of the others.
You can edit your listing and change its price any time. You decide whether to take an enquiry past the initial contact or not, and whether to accept any offers made. There will be no pressure from us.

I have dealt with several local agents and for £500 plus, they have done far less work and taken much longer to respond to me when I have had a query. Due to the actions of your staff, I have a tenant moving in the day after my current tenant moves out.
We received a steady stream of referrals and contacts from potential tenants including in the evenings and at weekends. After a number of viewings and applications for the tenancy we selected an ideal tenant who moves in shortly. We will certainly be back to advertise our residential property with you again as soon as we have availability.

Just emailing to say a big thankyou to your website, i registered on Tuesday afternoon, the site was informative and easily navigated, the follow-up indentity checks were quick and reassuring and my advert was Live the following morning. By 11am Wednesday I had my first enquiry and the tenant signed up on viewing later that day - amazing considering I had been advertising with local estate agents (asking a months rent to find a tenant) for 3 weeks without a sniff...
